GALVANIZED CREOLE WIRE IN COIL AND CHOPPED (SWEET WIRE)
Steel wire subjected to annealing and hot-dip galvanizing (galvanized wire), where a zinc coating is applied to protect it from oxidation, allowing for greater product durability. Galvanized according to ASTM A641.
3 suggested uses of galvanized wire:
- Raw material for the manufacture of barbed wire, staples, cyclone mesh, hexagonal mesh, roofing nails, clips, gabions, spirals, springs, among others.
- In construction, it functions as a tie for the rod, mesh, and other materials.
- Domestic use in hangers and clotheslines.

- Coils of 800 to 1,600 pounds (363 to 727 kilos) in gauges 9 to 17.
- Coils of 50 and 100 pounds (23 to 45 kilos) in gauges 9 to 17.
Note: Cast length is 22 inches and helix length is less than 2 inches. Tensile strength (Kpsi) 65 min-110 max, elongation 10% min-20% max. Available in 1006 and 1008 gauge wire rod.
